At Next Day Delivery, we want you to love your home. If your purchase isn't perfect, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
