How does your next-day delivery service work?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Thursday are eligible for next-day delivery. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment in real-time.
Do you offer assembly services for large furniture items?
Yes, we offer a 'White Glove' delivery option at checkout which includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
